Last-checked dates
Pages that can change quickly include last-checked or reviewed dates where practical. A date is not a guarantee that rules have not changed; it tells readers when X-China last reviewed the page.
Conservative wording
When information depends on nationality, route, card issuer, app eligibility, merchant setup, local implementation, or personal circumstances, we avoid overpromising and tell readers to verify before relying on it.
